Time Off & Leave

Time Off & Leave

Paid Time Off (PTO)

All employees are provided with paid time off to relax and recharge. If you’re a salaried employee, our flexible vacation policy gives you the freedom to take time off when you need it to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Flexible Vacation Policy (FVP)

Wilbur-Ellis offers a Flexible Vacation Policy (FVP) for U.S. full-time, salaried employees. This policy is designed to support work-life balance while maintaining our commitment to performance and accountability.

Under the Flexible Vacation Policy:

  • Employees do not accrue a set number of vacation hours
  • Time off is taken based on business needs and manager approval
  • Employees are encouraged to take time away to rest and recharge
  • Vacation time is not paid out upon separation

The Flexible Vacation Policy promotes flexibility, trust, and personal well-being while ensuring business continuity.

For more details, including eligibility and usage guidelines, please review the FVP policy and FAQs linked below.
